Third person charged after man injured in shooting

A third man has been charged in connection with a shooting in Swindon in which a man in his 30s was left with life-changing injuries.

Peter Bullock, 51, of Queens Drive in Swindon, has been charged with assisting an offender following the incident in Gorse Hill, Swindon, on 19 June.

Last month, Dylan Anthony, 19, and Kyron Anthony, 20, both of Milton Road in Swindon, were charged with attempted murder and possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear or violence.

All three men were remanded in custody and are due to appear at Swindon Crown Court later.

Three other people arrested in relation to the incident have been released on bail pending further investigation, police said.
