Woman charged with murdering pensioner found in flats
BBCA woman has been charged with murdering a pensioner who was found dead at a block of flats in Greater Manchester.
The 75-year-old man died at Hargreaves House on Crook Street near Ormrod Street, Bolton, at about 08:00 BST on Friday.
Samantha Nuttall, 49, of Bradford Street, Bolton, has been charged with murder and remanded into custody ahead of an appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on Monday.
Greater Manchester Police said the victim had now been formally identified and his next of kin had been informed.
Det Insp Louise Kelly has appealed for information and said: "I would like to express my deepest condolences to the victim's family and loved ones as they navigate through this loss."
