A car has crashed into a pottery business, forcing it to close.

Kilning Me Softly said its High Street premises in Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire, were unsafe after a vehicle struck it on Tuesday morning.

The business thanked the community for supportive messages and said it would be shut "until further notice".

Thames Valley Police has been contacted for more details.

According to live AA traffic updates, High Street was closed between Station Road and Tankard Close.

Newport Pagnell Town Council warned the road would be closed "for a few hours".
