    High tides tomorrow morning may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible from 3:45 AM to 7:45 AM on 17/07/2026. The forecast high tide at Richmond is 4.60 mAOD at 5:45 AM on 17/07/2026. We believe there is a possibility of flooding for Putney Embankment (SW15), Chiswick Mall and Strand on the Green (W4), Thames Bank at Mortlake (SW14), Ranelagh Drive (TW1), Friars Lane and Water Lane (TW9), Riverside and The Embankment at Twickenham, and the Towpath below Teddington Lock. Flooding of properties is not expected. Astronomical tide levels are rising. The river flow at Teddington Weir is 10 cubic metres per second and is steady. We anticipate the flows to remain steady for the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation . Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .     High tides this evening may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible over the high tide tonight on Thursday 16th July at 21:11. Areas particularly at risk include low lying areas including Fore Street, Town Quay, Albert Quay and Caffa Mill Car park at Fowey, Quay Street and Recreation ground at Lostwithiel, Polperro Harbour, Quay Road and The Quay at Looe and the B3247 at Seaton. The high tide at Looe on Thursday 16th July is at 21:11, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide level is 2.71mAOD. Expect tide levels along the coast to be up to 0.2 metres above tide table level. Force 2 westerly winds and offshore wave heights of over 0.6m are forecast over the high tide.     High tides this evening may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible over the high tide tonight on Thursday 16th July at 20:58. Areas particularly at risk include low lying coastal communities including Cadgwith and Coverack, Porthallow, the tidal Helford Estuary, Maenporth and Swanpool, St.Mawes, East Portholland, Gorran Haven, Portmellon, Mevagissey, Pentewan and Par. The high tide at Falmouth on Thursday 16th July is at 20:58, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide level is 2.61m AOD. Expect tide levels along the coast to be up to 0.1 metres above tide table level. Force 2 westerly winds and offshore wave heights of over 0.6m are forecast over the high tide.
