Huddersfield Giants' problems have worsened after Olly Russell, Asher O'Donnell and Thomas Burgess were ruled out for the rest of the season.
Back-row O'Donnell has had surgery on his ankle and prop Burgess an operation on his hip.
Half-back Russell does not need surgery, but he will still be out until next year with a ruptured Achilles.
"I don't think it's going to require surgery, but it's certainly going to require him to be in a moon boot for the next three to four or five months," coach Jim Lenihan told BBC Radio Leeds.
"Asher's finished for the year. He needed ankle reconstruction around the ligaments.
"Thomas, he's had his surgery, like a hip surgery. He's been done now and there's plenty of time for him to recover, going into next year."
The Giants are currently bottom of Super League, having suffered 11 successive defeats.
