What a performance from Sam Curran and Nicholas Pooran as they lead MI London to a seven-wicket win over Sunrisers Leeds.

The pair added 93 from just 40 balls for the fourth wicket and have reached their target of 144 with 16 balls to spare.

Curran finished 60 not out from 39 while the destructive Pooran made an unbeaten 58 from just 22.

Brydon Carse was the pick of the Sunrisers bowlers with 2-18 which gave his side an early chance, but they were left to rue their poor batting performance.

MI London are now cruising towards their target with 265 balls to go.

Sam Curran has backed up his fine bowling performance with a half-century, but it's Nicholas Pooran who has lit up The Oval with a magnificent knock - he has 49 from just 17 balls so far.

James Vince couldn't find any rhythm this evening and he has been bowled by Nathan Ellis for 17, but MI London have such a strong batting line-up so it's still finely poised.

Nicholas Pooran has joined Sam Curran in the middle, with the England all-rounder going well on 29.

Brydon Carse has finished a brilliant spell for Sunrisers - he finishes with 2-18 from his 20 balls.

Sunrisers Leeds have started well in their defence of a below-par 144, as MI London reach 23-2 after the 25-ball powerplay.

Brydon Carse has both wickets - Will Jacks fell for two and Jason Roy was caught at slip for a two-ball duck.

They have kept James Vince quiet, too, as the opener has made a cautious start of four from eight balls.

A fine cameo from Tom Alsop has provided a decent recovery for Sunrisers Leeds. He struck three sixes in his 31 from just 18 balls before Sunrisers were bowled out for 143 with a ball to spare.

MI London are on top at the halfway stage, and Richard Gleeson was the pick of the bowlers with 4-25.

A good evening's work for the seamers - Sam Curran also took 2-27 while Trent Boult was economical with 1-17 from his 20 balls.

MI London have really taken control of the middle phase of the innings.

Tom Curran took the huge wicket of Mitchell Marsh for 41 and Sunrisers Leeds have collapsed since then, slipping from 84-2.

Dan Lawrence only made two and then Richard Gleeson took two wickets in two balls - Zak Crawley caught on the boundary for 13 and Benny Howell caught behind for a golden duck.

MI London have taken the huge wicket of Harry Brook, caught on the boundary trying to slog Rashid Khan for just eight.

But Mitchell Marsh is still there and has started to kick on, reaching 34 from 22 balls including two sixes so far.

Sunrisers are halfway through their innings, with eight wickets in hand, and eyeing up a big total if Marsh can stay there.

It's been a productive start for the Sunrisers Leeds batters, having been put in to bat by MI London, but they have just lost their first wicket with the final ball of the powerplay.

South Africa's Ryan Rickelton was just starting to accelerate on 25 from 16 balls when he was pinned lbw by Sam Curran, which has brought England white-ball captain Harry Brook into the middle alongside Mitchell Marsh.
