A BBC investigation has found dangerous muscle-building supplements widely available online and in shops across the UK. These body enhancing drugs called SARMs - Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators - increase muscle mass and strength. But doctors say they can cause erectile dysfunction, mood swings and liver problems.
