US strikes Iran for seventh night

The Iranians accuse the US of hitting civilian infrastructure overnight.

The US has struck Iran for the seventh consecutive night since President Donald Trump declared the temporary ceasefire agreement “over”. Iran has accused the Americans of hitting civilian infrastructure, including bridges, a railway station and an airport. The Iranians have also attacked US military targets in Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan and Syria.

Also on the programme: Protests in Ukraine over the surprise sacking of popular defence minister Mykhailo Fedorov; and the Bayeux Tapestry makes its first return to England in 900 years.
