Matt Tebbutt celebrates the best of seasonal produce with the help of some favourite Saturday Kitchen chefs.

Bryn Williams puts courgettes centre stage by dressing them in a sharp and zesty citrus dressing and topping with a fillet of pan-fried sea bream. Meanwhile, Poppy O’Toole has three viral recipes – hot honey chicken, feta and pomegranate chopped salad and crispy smashed potato salad.

Gennaro Contaldo tampers with an Italian classic, Ravneet Gill has a showstopping mango roulade with a creamy panna cotta filling, and Carmen O’Neal has a rundown of the best rums from around the world.

Finally Vanessa Williams tucks into either her food heaven, butterflied bass with fries, or her food hell, pork and black bean tacos.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein embarks on a moonlit fishing trip, and the Hairy Bikers hope to catch tuna in Sardinia.
