Andy Burnham will replace Sir Keir Starmer as Prime Minister today. He'll be the seventh British Prime Minister since 2016 - and it comes just a month after he returned to Westminster as an MP. Sir Keir said goodbye to Number 10 Downing Street in a speech this morning. The new PM is due to set out his priorities for government at lunchtime.
