Father of man who died years after sectarian attack says "culture of silence still exists" over what happened, Paul McCauley was attacked on 16 July 2006 at a barbecue in Derry. Two men were later jailed for their part in the attack. His father Jim spoke to the programme this morning on the anniversary.
