From iconic voices like Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and Noor Jehan to British Asian pioneers including Bally Sagoo, Punjabi MC, Alaap, Malkit Singh, Stereo Nation and Cornershop, she celebrates the artists who redefined what South Asian music could be.

Kunza shares the inspiration behind her documentary on British South Asian identity, reflects on migration, representation and cultural appreciation, and uncovers the stories that helped shape the soundtrack of the British South Asian experience.
