Mum says son with special educational needs has no school place

The mother of a four-year-old boy with special educational needs who has yet to have a P1 school place confirmed has described the situation as a "systematic failure from the top down." Also, a 24-hour walk out by resident doctors is taking place over pay. And thousands from all over attended the firework finale of the Foyle Maritime Festival.
